# Kribble > Kribble is a writing platform where a team and its coding agents write docs, specs and runbooks together, with every change reviewable as a diff and any space publishable as a static site. The kribble CLI works on its own today; the Kribble server isn't available to the public yet. ## The kribble CLI (v0.12.0-225-gba3c9a3) One file, no dependencies, free. Install: - macOS, Linux: `curl -fsSL https://getkribble.com/install.sh | sh` - Windows (PowerShell): `irm https://getkribble.com/install.ps1 | iex` Give an agent a documentation site over MCP, with no account: `kribble mcp install --docs https://docs.example.com` adds it to Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Codex, with tools to search the docs, read a page as markdown and list the pages, by version and language. It works for any site with an llms.txt, and best with sites published from Kribble, which carry a markdown copy of every page. `kribble mcp docs URL` runs the MCP server (stdio) directly. With a team's Kribble server, `kribble login --server URL` connects it: agents then read, search and edit notes (`kribble mcp install`, `kribble skill --install claude`), and every change they make is a version people can review and roll back. `kribble help` lists the commands. `kribble update` keeps it current. ## Downloads - [kribble CLI for macOS Intel](https://getkribble.com/downloads/kribble-darwin-amd64) - [kribble CLI for macOS Apple silicon](https://getkribble.com/downloads/kribble-darwin-arm64) - [kribble CLI for Windows x64](https://getkribble.com/downloads/kribble-windows-amd64.exe) - [kribble CLI for Windows ARM64](https://getkribble.com/downloads/kribble-windows-arm64.exe) - [kribble CLI for Linux x64](https://getkribble.com/downloads/kribble-linux-amd64) - [kribble CLI for Linux ARM64](https://getkribble.com/downloads/kribble-linux-arm64) - [Release manifest](https://getkribble.com/downloads/manifest.json): versions and SHA-256 checksums of every file ## The Kribble server A self-hosted server (two Go binaries with PostgreSQL and Meilisearch) for a team's spaces: a block editor, versions and merging, comments, full-text search, and publishing to static sites with versions, languages and llms.txt. It isn't available to the public yet.
